Breath Screw Plug (Red Seal)
It is manufactured by Tuna Vida to be used to relieve pressure between 0.150-0.250 bar in reducers and gearboxes.
A red screw plug is installed in case of oil leakage due to vibrations during transportation.

Magnetic Plug
In all kinds of gearboxes and systems, it is inevitable for the gears to come into contact with each other and to produce very small metal particles as a result of this contact. These particles are mixed with the oil used. With the magnetic plug, the particles in the oil in the system (in special projects of the reducer/reducer/gear systems) can be collected with the magnetic plug. Small metal parts are separated from the oil, preventing the gears from being damaged.

Screw Plugs

Vent Valves
Breather / ventilation plug made of aluminum material should be used to prevent pressure build-up in gear systems (reducer, gearbox, etc.) and to ventilate the system. A double layer 45 micron (mash) 304 stainless filter is placed in the lower part of the plug so that the oil in the system does not come out of the plug with the air.
All of the plugs are pressure tested and delivered as 100% controlled and sealed. The plugs can be manufactured in desired dimensions.

Battery Bolt
It is used as connection bolt in reactionary batteries. The battery connection bolt is known as the battery cell connection screw. quality checks have been made. The production dates of the produced bolts can be printed on them and the product can be tracked.
A colored locking application was applied to the tip of the bolt, and a lead application was applied to the hole in the upper part, which provides conductivity.
